TVS Jupiter 125 DT SCX Launched In India; Rivals The Updated Honda Activa 125
To make the Jupiter 125 stand as a more lucrative alternative to the recently updated Honda Activa 125, TVS has now introduced it with a new mid-spec variant. Called the Dual-Tone SXC, it sits above the existing mid-spec Disc variant of the scooter and costs Rs 88,942 (ex-showroom). This move expands the Jupiter 125 lineup to four variants, with ex-showroom prices starting from Rs 80,740 for the base drum-alloy and going up to Rs 92,001 for the SmartXconnect.
What's New On The Jupiter 125 DT SXC?
TVS has made no changes to the design. The only visual difference between the new variant and the existing ones is the introduction of two dual-tone colour schemes. These are Ivory Brown and Ivory Grey. Besides these two new shades, Jupiter 125's new variant comes with a new colour LCD dashboard that offers Bluetooth connectivity, allowing features such as turn-by-turn navigation. Mind you, this unit is different from the SmartxConnect display available on the top-end Jupiter 125.Also Read: 5 Best Budget Cruisers With High Mileage
