Pune Horror: Moneylender Rapes Wife Infront Of Husband As He Fails to Repay Loan

Pune: In a horrifying incident that took place in February this year, a 47-year-old moneylender in Pune, Maharashtra, allegedly raped a woman after her husband failed to repay the loan borrowed from him. The accused has been apprehended by the police.

According to officials from Hadapsar police station, the victim's husband had taken a loan from the accused but was unable to repay it. In response, the moneylender reportedly threatened the victim's husband at knifepoint and proceeded to sexually assault the woman right in front of him. The incident took place in February this year and the accused has been arrested, a police official said.

The accused also recorded the appalling act on his mobile phone and posted the distressing video on a social media platform, the cops said.

Law enforcement authorities have taken swift action, arresting the accused. The investigation is ongoing, and the police have registered a case against the perpetrator under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
