BTS RM, V Military Discharge: 5 Beautiful Moments From Ceremony Taehyung, Namjoon Gave ARMYs To Remember Forever

BTS members Kim Taehyung aka V and Kim Namjoon aka RM returned to their civilian life as celebrities on June 10. While fans had been looking forward to their much awaited military discharge for several weeks, the two exiting their base together was a sight to be remembered by the ARMYs for a long time.

RM and V join Jin and J-Hope who completed their mandatory militaey term in June 2024 and October 2024 respectively. They will be followed by Jimin and Jungkook who will get discharge on June 11, and Suga who'll be the last one to return on June 21.

As RM and V's photos and videos continued to flood social media from their military discharge, here are 5 most beautiful and memorable moments from the ceremony.

Taehyung first came out of their base and the videos that surfaced showed him getting loud cheers and a claps from his fellow soldiers who had collected at the exit gate to bid him a goodbye. The sweet moment only proved V was a loved member of his military base.

RM's exit was a rather cute one. The BTS leader came out wearing his sunglasses and playing a saxophone. RM has done this in the past when he surprised Jin during his military discharge Playing the band's blockbuster track Dynamite on the musical instrument last year too. Upon his own discharge, he chose to play Detective Conan theme.

The two BTS stars gave the most precious hug to each other as they walked out of their military base holding on to each other. It was a gesture as if they were welcoming each other back to the life post military term.

RM and V's salute symbolised a successful and healthy military term. The two did it in crisp sync dedicating it to their country South Korea. The fact that the two did it together was a moment to remember.

The two however ended it by keeping their goofiness intact as they posted for the cameras. RM and V struck cute poses leaving fans convinced that they had missed these two way too long to give them such cute things once again.

RM and V also interacted with fans at the first Weverse live post their military discharge. They thanked ARMYs for waiting for them despite have "nothing" to give them all this while. Emotional fans flooded social media sharing how much they waited for the big BTS reunion.
