Aryan Khan's Ba***ds of Bollywood First 2 Episodes Review OUT, Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos Says 'People Know Nothing....'

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is currently gearing up for the release of his much-awaited directorial venture Ba***ds of Bollywood. In February 2025, King Khan unveiled the announcement video, leaving fans excited. Recently, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos reviewed the first two episodes of the show.

The show is reportedly likely to include cameo appearances by big stars like Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, and Ranveer Singh. Lauding Aryan Khan's show, Ted Sarandos told Nikhil Kamath, "It's very fun. I've watched the first two episodes so far. It's very funny. I think people inside and outside of India know nothing about the inner workings of Bollywood. So, it's a really fun world."

He also called Aryan a 'very good director'.

For the unversed, Shah Rukh unveiled the title of the show at a Netflix event in February and said, "There is a story behind this name and Aryan and his team will present it later before you." The official plotline of the show states, "An unabashed, entertaining ride through the adventures of a charming, ambitious outsider navigating the glitzy yet tricky world of Bollywood." We are still waiting for another update on the show.

Going forward, Ted also talked about his equation with the Jawan actor. He shared that Shah Rukh Khan was one of the first celebrities he met when he came to India, just before the release of Sacred Games in 2018, the first Indian series on the OTT platform.

Ted quipped, "Early in coming to India, I met Shah Rukh Khan right away. He hosted a very nice dinner for me, and we hit it off immediately. I’ve come back since, with my wife, and we’ve had nice times together. We visited each other in Los Angeles when his son was in school. So, having dinner with Shah Rukh Khan in India is much different than having dinner with him in Los Angeles."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh was last seen in three 2023 films, Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. He is now working on a new film called King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The movie also stars his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
