Mayank Agarwal was brought in as a replacement o Devdutt Padikkal. However, with Pardikkal returning, RCB might not want to keep two batters of the same profile in the team.
Rasikh Salam
Rasikh Salam did not play a single match despite fetching Rs 6 crore in the IPL 2025 auction. They might release him and recover the money.
Lungi Ngidi
Lungi Ngidi played just two matches in IPL 2025, picking up 4 wickets at an economy rate of 10.12. He might thus be released ahead of the IPL 2026 auction.
Abhinandan Singh
Uncapped Indian pacer Abhinandan Singh did not play in any match this season. He was a backup pacer to Yash Dayal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and even Rasikh Sala. He may be released to acquire a player more suited to the squad.
