SALMAN KHAN

Salman Khan is an Indian superstar who stepped into Bollywood with a supporting role in the 1988 film Biwi Ho To Aisi. Popularly referred to as ‘Bhai’ by his fans, the actor made his debut in a lead role with the 1989 film Maine Pyar Kiya. Touted as one of the most successful actors commercially, Salman Khan has featured in 10 movies from 1947 to 2020, which became the highest grossers of the year. This is the highest number for any actor in the history of Indian cinema. Other than being a successful actor, Salman also owns his own production company by the name Salman Khan Films.

Salman Khan has given a number of memorable performances in movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), Hum Saath Saath Hain (1999), Chori Chori Chupke Chupke (2001), Tere Naam (2003), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005), No Entry (2005), Kyon Ki (2005), Partner (2007), Wanted (2009), Dabbang (2010), Bodyguard (2011), Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and many more.

The movies made under his production banner SKF includes Hero (2015), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Dabbang 3 (2019), Antim: The Final Truth (2021) and others.

Speaking about his personal front, Salman Khan has not got married yet. He was earlier in serious relationships with popular Bollywood actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and others. He is the son of popular screenwriter Salim Khan.
