Sonam Kapoor, the fashionista of Bollywood is turning 40 today (June 9) and fans are excited. The actress rang into her birthday with a star-studded birthday bash and the pictures, videos have now taken over ths social media.

Sonam, stunned in a black ensemble for her party as many Bollywood biggies joined her for the celebration. Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Anshula Kapoor and others enjoyed the night as Aisha actress turned 40.

With her sister Rhea Kapoor right by her side, along with Karan Moolani, Sonam cut the cakes as husband Anand Ahuja cheers for her alongwith friends. Kapoor has re-shared many pictures from last night's celebration ft Anand, Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, close friends, among others.

The paparazzi captured videos of numerous celebrities arriving for Sonam's 40th birthday bash. One video shows Janhvi arriving early while looking stunning. Even as she didn’t wait to pose for pictures before heading in, her blue dress caught everyone’s attention. She waved at the shutterbugs, calling out to her before making her way.

Kareena, Saif, and Karisma were spotted arriving together. Saif opted for his trademark white look, while Kareena looked resplendent in a yellow dress.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja was last seen in the movie Blind in 2023, which she filmed before her pregnancy. The actress took a break from acting. Following the arrival of her son, Vayu, with husband Anand Ahuja, she decided to pause her career. However, in 2023, she mentioned that she would return for her next film, Battle of Bittora, based on Anuja Chauhan’s novel.
